We called Ace late Friday night beacuse my elderly aunt's A\C went out. Ram showed up in about 45 minutes, took a look around inside and made a few tests. It was too dark to climb on the roof so he said he would make her the first stop in the morning so he could get on the roof to get her up and running. He even suggested a few ways to cool down the house in the mean time. Thanks Ram.
